I need some help for my elevator
i wud really like to ad a hurt on it but i doesnt move with the elevator and why the h*ll does the activate button move when pressed?

can some one help me???

1. You can't have entities move other entities unless you use Spirit of Half-Life.

2. The solution to your button problem is in the Flags tabpage of the button properties.

but if i wud do it with a spirit how wud u do it.

Depends for wich mod your mapping for...

Spirit is only usefull for singleplayer maps. If you're mapping for HLDM, CS, DOD, TFC, whatever, then Spirit will be useless in this case. Spirit is actually a mod by itself. Spirit maps with Spirit technology (ie: Spirit entities) require a fully fully functional installation of Spirit in order to run those maps, just like dod maps require dod installed to play and cs maps require cs installed to play. You cant use Spirit for other maps other than the Spirit mod itself.

ok then i wont use the hurt but can u help me with another thing

to make some stuff glow i set render mode to glow but what do i put the FX Amount to?
just to make it glow a little

What do you want to glow? A sprite?
Glow works best on sprites, not on brushes...

u was thinking about a brush and it worked but now i have another problem after a few secondes after i start the elevator it stops (the meaning it that the elevator doesent stop going up and down)
can u help me again :)

my question it why does it stop?
