this is very strange. i saved the map yesterday nite, and came back added more bits the next day but when it compiles and plays thier not there??????

Anybody got any ideas why?

There's probably an error in your map. I used to get these when I started mapping (not that I'm accussing you or anything :)). Check for leaks and other errors. Post your compile log in here too. If all fails, submit your map in the vault.

You must be looking at an old version of the map. Try renaming the RMF, compiling again, and seeing if you get an error?

Your compile log shows that your copy commands are not set up properly in the hammer configuration area. They are copying the bsp and pts files back to themselves rather than copying them to your c:sierrac-strikemaps (or wherever they should be going). So you do a compile, the new files don't get placed in the correct folders, then the game starts, but you are seeing the old version because it hasn't been replaced by your new files.
