Heard about this last December. Its not fake, its just Korea.
Basically Condition Zero deathmatch with a bunch of new weapons and player models, from what gameplay videos tell me. Search Youtube for "cso nelva" and you'll find 3 videos showcasing the new weapons.
The game was supposedly made to cater specifically to the Korean market because computers are still fairly low end and expensive there, which is also one reason why a lot of MMOs look piss ugly.
In the meantime, there's Counter Struck.

CS online was, bleh, they have to create a new engine. If they upgrade source to a new out-of-date version then Valve will be Counter-Struck!!
Speaking of which, that was so stupid i didn't even need sound to have a chuckle. And seriously all that mountain dew he drank must give him god mode cause im sure he should have died ages ago!!! lol
