Heh, Captain Terror, I am pretty sure one of those blocked off icons is Utorrent 
Remember I like my desktop to be busy as I use every one of those programs at least once a day minus the games obviously.

I go all retro and use an auto-desktop changer to cycle randomly through pictures of all the upcoming games and some sweet graphic designs. I'd post them but i don't have them with me.

Habbs: an astute observation that is unfortunately not correct. I actually have utorent installed now but didn't then... besides, why would i feel like i have to block it when btorrent is sticking out like a sore thumb in two different spots and also bshare? Not to mention the interpolice are lie and don't care about that stuff anyhow = )
BTW i just bought ST:KOTOR... Supposed to be awesome, i can't wait to play

i just don't like files on the desktop. Program icons, fine, but for example - your left toolbar - how do you know what anything is without wasting time hovering over it?
Your dog is awesome, but doesn't really make a good wallpaper, and your 3 toolbar setup with classic theme.. not nice :3

The things on the right are "to do" reminders, and you're right, the only way i can tell what they are is to hover over them. The alternatives i like less, because if i just throw them in a folder, i'll never look at them again, and i'd rather not clutter my desktop with more crap either.
As for the classic theme: why fuck with perfection? As for the 3-toolbar setuup, i dunno what to tell you i like it, and i'm sorry

My desktop is crystal clean. No desktop icons and i even go and hide the start menu for extra workspace (like 1cm) lol
