How do i place guns on the ground like in an FY map? Also how do i make it so each player only starts with certain weapons like on a umm scoutzknivez map (scout/knive) no pistol.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

ok i figured out how to lay them on the ground but i still dont know how to make it so players only have certain weapons...

like i make a map i want every player to start off with lets say a scoutz and a deagle and thats all anyone could get in that map

check out game_player_equip in the glossary

Yeah use game_player_equip to start out with a weapon, but if you place more maps around then there isn't anything stopping them from dropping their old gun.

Righto sport. This brings p a question of my own though. For my old map dualies_n_deagles (non of you have probably ever seen it) I had people start out with duals and deagles with 1 extra clip for each gun. I used a trigger_once for this because I didn't want people to be able to run back to their spawn and be able to touch he trigger, thus giving them extra ammo. But the trigger_once only worked ONCE. I mean, it didn't reset after each round. How do you make a trigger happen once A ROUND?
