I figured out an extremely easy way to kill off a Big Daddy.

I just use the security bullseye plasmid and toss it onto a Big Daddy, and I intentionally activate a security camera.

The virtually endless waves of flying security bots are very effective in killing a Big Daddy. Usually, I only need to trip the security camera once, and the Big Daddy falls down in less than 30 seconds.

I use a single dose of plasmid, and the Big Daddy is dead.

Perhaps it's a glitch in the gameplay. It's just too easy.

When I played Bioshock, the Big Daddies has a tendency to get stuck. I just got to unload on a lot of them without them ever moving.

Shock traps are just as effective.

Yup, or a load of electric gel. You just keep pushing the left mouse button, and once the ammo is depleted and you need to reload, the Big Daddy drops dead.

I liked the proximity mine method.

Load a hallway with mines every 10 or so feet, then get one to chase you down the hall way. Good times can be had.

I like the shocktrap method, just because if I use it on a bouncer, while its doing its charge, it ragdolls during said charge, and flies great distances.
