Ok, Remeber my old Counter Strike map, the_towers? Well I took the idea and am now completely remaking it from scratch for Half Life with a WHOLE LOT more areas and a new alien environment. Here are some screenshots. I have compiled it once and have some issues to work out with sound and fun_rotatings. Here they are:

You can already see one of the new areas, look around the middle of the main tower. Those rings will rotate and there are 2 green crystals also spinning around the main tower, touch one and you can teleport back to the top of the towers.

You came after I deleted it. Just look at the screenshots. Sorry, I was directing the remembering part to Zombieloffie and 7th and all those guys who have been here since I joined.

Visually not so stunning but that doesn't seem the purpose of the map here.
I like the idea of rotating platforms as an active part of the map's gameplay. The crystals are a nice touch too. Keep it up!

Anonmymous, if ouve been around since the original the_towers then you should really consider joining.
And as a response to Zombieloffie, they are supposed to be that big. They are The Towers! An area of the 6th dimension! they are awesome. Too bad I cant use vis on this map though. I compiled it with vis and it lagged the map, without vi it didnt lag. Suprising? It certainly suprised me!
And for Anthony, yes I am texturing them. Those are actually arlready textured but its hard to tell from the small picture.
