Some random shots.
Of course, this was the server room where I used to work.

That's a very ominous-looking sky, there.Don't worry, it wasn't a storm.
Ahh the world of macro photography. Sometimes I'd really like to have a macro lens.So would I. But I do have a cheap macro filter pack that sorta' does the job, though. For an amateur like myself, anyway.
Though I think it would look nicer with the sign in the top-left, and the block of wood bottom-left cropped out of the shot. Are you talking about that grey metal box? I thought of leaving those out, but I later decided I like it as it is.
What lenses do you have Strider?Standard 18-55mm lense, f/3.5 - 5.6. I use a polariser filter too, I think it makes a world of difference with outdoor shots. Can't afford a nice new lense right now. ;P
The most important part is that you get the raw light data straight from the sensor, which you can later post-process to retrieve more detail in the image than the camera can generate for a JPEG.This is exactly why I work with RAW. If I find places I think are too washed out, or overbright, I can usually tone them down just enough without losing much quality.
