TWHL's main colours are RGB(230, 168, 61) and RGB(218, 161, 52). The CSS named colour with the most resemblance to those two colours is goldenrod which is defined as RGB(218, 165, 32). Orange comes close, being defined as RGB(255, 165, 0).

Urby used Colourize within a selection box! It's super effective! Coloured TWHL blue.
EDIT: No, I haven't heard of it. And to be fair, I only got into Dr. Who in the latest season. Watch as many episodes as I can though, no matter which Doctor's run it's from.

Your custom title has to be one line, JeffMOD. Change it to something shorter.
And for the record, there is no blue TWHL. Blue just so happens to be the inverse colour of orange, Urby just inverted the colour scheme in photoshop, or maybe Opera has some feature to let you do that.

For those firefox users out there, this addon will let you change the colors. I tested it personally and I was able to perfectly reproduce Urby's little color-scheme. (In fact, I'm now running it as my default TWHL appearance.)
You have complete control over the colors, so another possibility is the opposing force green. I don't like green though.

For me, the colour scheme has a sense of nostalgia. I wouldn't ever change it. Also that green is absolutely eye-bleedingly horrible. The blue is nice.

I dunno, I've started using this site with blue, it's a nice change of pace. Also I've made all the links a wicked purple.
EDIT: I'd put a pic up, but it's almost exactly the same as Urby's, except for the purple links and a solid colour background.
