download vhe 3.4, put it in the right folder. Then download vhe 3.5 and insert it into the same folder, make sure it over writes the old .exe file. Get the latest .fgd and compiling tools (shlt or vhlt) and put them into the right directories. Now launch your hammer 3.5 (which is still inside the same vhe folder, you can shortcut to it if you wish.) and you will see models inside the editor.
The models inside the editor is added as a feature to hammer 3.5, but you need to install it over the previous version, vhe 3.4 to make it work, and further yet you need a proper updated .fgd version or they will not show you the models.
As for the compiler what problems are you having? Don't you think it would just be easier to download it yourself rather than making an entire long forum post just because you can't be bothered to?
