Time once again for another blatant disregard for people's privacy in the guise of social interaction.

Sooo... what's outside your window. (Be it your room or the one you consider has the best view.)

My bedroom window is literally to the left of my desk and sports this rather lovely scene.

So Archie was right when he said you live in the middle of nowhere.

I'd take a picture but my shutters are broken shut and the repairman hasn't yet showed up.

DiscoStu, you will win 10,000 internet points if you post a picture of the repair man to this thread. XD

When I look through my window, I see my backyard. Quite inspiring, don't you think?

Mine is to the left of my desk as well. There is a semi mature oak tree which hosts numerous birds and squirrels.

I wasn't being a smartass when I said "a tree", by the way. My view (which would otherwise be a rather nice one) really is 90% obscured by a tree.
It's not even a very nice tree.

A big tree, a flower bed and a pole that used to have a birdhouse on it.

My window is open in that photo, which I usually don't do because it is next to my bed and slightly lower than it, so if I wasn't careful I could fall out.

And also because of wasps. Fuck wasps.
You're not getting in my room.

It's summer in the Northeast USA so the temp fluctuates between 75 and 90F (24C and 33C for all you real people)

Why would anyone rotate it?
Posted 10 years ago2014-06-20 22:09:00 UTC Post #319928
for some reason chrome rotated the original when previewing, don't ask me why as I have no idea why it did it.

It reminds me of the rolling hills of my home-state Connecticut. But the architecture is way cooler
