I lost all my files on my computer, but luckily I had my most of my stuff uploaded onto my server, I re-downloaded my map, fixed the problems I had in it, which I fixed a few days ago. And now when I compile my map I get the following error in Half-Life when trying to run it:

Bad Surface Extents 4464/0

What the heck is that? And what do I need to do so I can run my map?

I had same problem. You probably have some looking to do for blocks with 1 unit sides.

1 unit sides shouldn't cause errors. Unless you fit textures to them, causing extreme stretch values...

Turns out it was something Captain P said earlier, as I had just re-installed HL from a fresh format I forgot to setup the display so I was running on software instead of OpenGL :P

I said I had the same problem as him, I never said the problem was 1 unit sided blocks. When I had the problem a lot of 1 sided blocks had too much shrinking on them by accident. Around 0.06 and 0.02. So the point that I'm getting at is that is where he should look first.
