Honestly I have no idea what is causing this does anyone know a solution to fix this? Any help for me is majorly appreciated

It's a texture feature in the engine.

EDIT:
I think I'll better be helpful here instead.

Meerjel is right, that texture has a special name with a minus and a number in front -1 -2 -3 and they will randomize on the walls they are placed at.

yeah, the random texture tiling is also really broken on opengl renderer, so you just have to rip the individual textures from halflife.wad and remove the special flag from the names of the textures and put them into your own wad. or just use a different texture for those walls
