weird steam trouble

i got this steam intaller from steampowered, and i tried to install it but every time i do it says :could not initalize. file size expexted=761177, size returned=79860, so i thought that my comp didn't have enough space, so i did a whole restore (format and other thing) and it happenes again!! please help me!!!

Get a download manager and try it again. It seems like your install program download stopped midway and thus is not working.
