is there a simple way to make grunts shoot at you from long distances instead of running right up to you then shooting?

Afaik this would require new coding, as grunts are programmed to go up-close and not take you out at a distance.

hrm....what happens if they are noclipped at a distance though? I take it they'd just run about wouldnt they?

do u remember opposing force and the sniper bit cause they snipered you from afar and were rlly annoying
loads of troops snipering in towers maybe thers an entity for that in opf
