Correct me if I'm wrong because I don't want to release an upcoming map without bein sure of this:

Using the compile condition -wad <wadname> "welds" the wad to your map so that you can download the map and use it without needing the wads right?

Suspected usless posts that I already have responses for
So don't bother saying any of this.

-Merging wads with your map will boost the .bsp size.
R:I already know that.

-Are you using custom wads?
R:Wow... no dip sherlock.

-Stop mapping other things and keep up with Life Gear!
R:I am keeping up. I multitask, shut up eat your soup! Or noodles... or whatever you're currently eating

-Why are you previewing another map?
R:I'm not, I am just asking a simple wad question

-WC dude, you are a horrible mapper. I hope you stop mapping and leave TWHL.
R:And I hope you die.

It doesnt weld the entire wad to the map, just the textures you used outta your custom wad.

Ha, funny, I always thought that tutorial was strictly showing how to make custom wads.

Not really
no, really... IMO some of the tuts could be names a little better... like the USING Sprites tut, could just be Sprites or Sprite Usage. We all know where to look for specific info, but a noob might just look in the S's for info in sprites... kind of frustrating for a beginner, IMO
