I know how to use level change but .. here is the situation

I ve got three maps..

1,2 are connected together by info_landmark:123 (it works)
but then I deciced to put a third map to it..so
I connected the 2,3 maps together with info_landmark:123 (but it doesnt works :( )
*-->1,2,3 has the same info_landmark :

you different info_landmarks for connecting map 2 and 3 e.g: info_landmark: 234

hey! past few days ... I tried the ignore this but its out of control now;
When I enter the other map ... the corpses of monster come with me.plz help

by the way; Twhl doesnt has that(many) friendly people...Look at Zombieloffe..he just tries to make things more diffucult.. :roll: But nevermind that .. try to help me by being friendly :lol: or just answer my question ;)

OMG! HOW COULD I FORGET THAT! The monsters have fade corpse flag...but is there an another way.. :D

What do you mean follow you into the other map?
I'm always friendly and helpful at people who make their questions understandable and use correct grammer and spelling. It's quite hard to be nice at people when you're annoyed and/or pissed off at them.

what do you mean follow you into the other map?
I mean when I enter my other map,like the corpses were everywhere ..on the wall..on the floor...inside the wall :confused:

Or you could, of course, just stop the monsters getting near the changelevel point.

Basically you env_fade to black and teleport the player to a dark room that is not near your main area, then instantly perform the level change from there. That way the corpses (or live monsters) will not follow you. Since it all happens in the dark, the player doesn't realize he's been teleported.

Kinda ruins the feeling if it all of a sudden turns black though.

Fade kinda slow and it works nicely. It's still better than having corpses follow the player. :P
