they did some tests and found that the water supply in the city of colorado springs was exactly the same quality as that of bottled water. makes me wonder where they really get the "purified spring water" that they use.

The empty bottle of water in front of me says that it 'comes from protected natural mountains in the United States and Canada.' But hey, Colorado Springs is nearby, I should go bottle my own water.

My dad's father owns a piece of land on a natural spring. When they were younger, they thought they should bottle it. Too bad they never did. Now'a'days, we couldve made millions.

If you think a little about the ideology of the nazism it actually never had the chance to take over the world. Its main refrain is "Mine country is better than yours" and because of it there can't any true allies in a war or in anything. Only one country could exist but then there will be unhappy people. When there unhappy people there are civil disorders, resistance and eventually revolution.

Communism on the other hand was fully capable of achieving the goal to dominate all over the planet. There were three main reasons for it to fail: 1. The (faked, by my opinion) Apollo mission, succeeding in 1969 to set foot on the Moon; 2. The Cheernobyl meltdown, causing reasonable doubts about the level of Soviet technology; 3. The third reason is more comples. It's all about the Soviet leaders. If they weren't becomming so "weak-minded" after Khrushchev (pronounced [hru$ t$of']) most of Europe and Asia (about 60-70% of Europe and probably over 75% of Asia) was going to start their sentances with "comrade" and the official greeting was going to be "slava sovietskomu vojdu!" ([sla'va sovet'skomu voʒ'du] or 'glory to the soviet chief"). And another thing, the US weren't going to be such assholes.

Yeah, you must be right. I guess America and her western allies standing up to every move they made and having thousands of nuclear icbm's pointed down their throat in case they tried anything too crazy had nothing to with the colapse of the Soviet Union. It was the "fake" moon landing.

Ok, so the US made it to the moons of Jupiter, but not to that gigantic rock stuck in orbit around the Earth whose craters are visible to the naked eye? I don't see why it's so hard to understand how a huge and resourseful country like the US, who focussed it's entire collective energy into the not so unimaginable task of flying up to that huge rock and back, could actually accomplish it. I mean aerodynamic technology has not changed so much since the late 60's. Look at pictures of jet airliners from the late 60's to early 70's, they look almost exactly like the ones of today.

Sorry, I don't eat at mcdonalds, it's wrong to kill innocent lives just so I can poop them out. But, no one makes anyone eat mcdonalds, just like no one made you buy your copy of HL and HL2 (made by American corperations), you chose to.

Don't really know what you are trying to say, but I'm kind of tired of seeing so many people arrogantly sitting on the sidelines complaining and criticizing the US while they don't lift one damn finger to make anything better.

its not mcdonalds anymore. the new "evil empire" is Wal Mart, they open as many stores as they can in each city, force the competition out of business, mistreat and underpay their employees, create major traffic problems and attract crime. even though im american, i dont like walmart, i hate what they are doing and id be happy to see them go under. i would much rather shop at kmart or target, whos stores are less crowded, safer and much cleaner.

A big chunk of rock that creates the sea tides and looks good on a clear night sky... (If you're a liberal in America, tune into Comedy Central at 11:00PM central time (I think) for the Daily Show With Jon Stewart, it's funny and usually has most of Bush's funny little "Bushisms" in it)
