As for forums, there's always people there that will argue with you, and drop the sly comments. Because they are spineless in RL, or they are just naturally assholes.

Either way you don't want to know them and they shouldn't be given the pleasure of affecting your mental agility.

If you crave respect then start acting liek you deserve it.
It's not all about making maps - even though that would make perfect sense - it's about building relationships with people and being an honest, considerate person.

That is how you acheive true respect.

I think that's because he assumed he was right 100% of the time and didn't take criticsim - constantly offering reasons as to why he did it like that and why we are wrong to doubt his qualifications.

Let me tell you this now, I'm sorry for all the shitty things I've said to you - some of which were funny, and others which may have been construed as hurtful); but I refuse to apologise for Constructive Criticism, it's up to you to learn how to deal with criticism; and it's not easy, no-one said it was.
