k, what im doing is i have put a cage over a fire and trapped some scientists and 1 barnrey in, i want to be able to hear then scream for help, i also want the scientists to die but baney to survive ( i need him to open a door), i would also like to hear some burning sounds for the fire, can anyone help ?

The sound for the fire you create is wiht a ambient generic and select the apropriate sound.

For the screaming barnet and scientist you use a scripted_sequence. There is a tutorial about that on this website:

Try a few different things to get a feeling of it. There also serval maps about this in the example map vault.
