Finally, my bundle of joy has arrived! After nine days of anxious expectation, the baby headcrab is here.

Ramal was born at 16:23 on Sept. 27, 2006. It's exactly what every proud father could have ever hoped for--sharp claws, sturdy legs, and the ability to gnaw your head off...

Both mother (my wife) and baby are doing well. He weighs 14 lb 2 oz (6.4 kg) at birth. Here are the first baby pictures:

Heh, awesome satchmo. I actually wanted one of those Valve ones...
I found a site a while ago that gives you the guidelines to make a headcrab (and a bunch of other HL critters, includings snarks). Dunno if that's what your wife used (I didn't check the thread).

Well, she's not really a gamer, but she indulges me.

And Valve's official headcrab plush toy is completely sold out. My wife was going to order one from Valve, but she waited too long.

Instead, she handmade one for me. She didn't even use a sewing machine. It's 100% hand-crafted.
