A lot of you have asked how to get a picture that you paste in wally to convert its colors onto the pallete. I found out that if youfirst save your picture into art and than copy and paste it into wally, it will work!

By 'art', do you mean mspaint?

Saving your file as a 24-bit BMP and importing into Wally keeps the palette information.
