Where is the silenced 9mmhandgun located?! I checked the models folder for tfc and checked the pak but found nothing!

It's just the normal pistol... check it's body's, there's one called 'silencer', wich has two versions. One contains nothing, the other contains the silencer.

You can decompile the model, modify the .qc file and then compile it again.
But you must provide the model with your map/mod if other shall see it too.

I cant model, and every time sI ask someone to do a quick model for me I never gte a response.

You don't need to model.
Just exchange the names of the bodies in the .qc file.
Try it, decompile and open the .qc file, it's pretty self explanatory.

Then maybe it's time to get that modelling program up and runnin'! :)

Bytheway, you want to use that silenced one as a replacement for the gun in Half-Life?

I dont have a modeling program, I got the demo of milkshape a long time ago and never used it and now the free use of it is over and I cant save models.

Im making a stealth mod, like metal gear solid. And I need a slienced gun for it, thats why I'm asking all these questions.

Use Jeds HLMV.
It can compile and decompile models.
All you need to do what I described up.

You don't have to save any models, just modify the .qc files and compile. In the menu, go to Tools -> Half-Life -> Edit QC File... Edit the things you need to (e.g. exchange the two bodygroups, so the standard one has the silencer), then go to Tools -> Half-Life -> Compile QC File...

Oh, and decompile before doing as I described...

Can you mess with the actions? You know, like put them in a different order?

cool! I just found out that usp models from cs are about 80% compatable with the 9mm handgun model! The only glitches are that the reload for 9mm is the deploy animation for the usp and sometimes it will look like the gun is fireing, when tis not. But everything else works! Cool!

You can change everything when it's decompiled. Even the mesh and the animations.
Use notepad. :) I did that for a very simple model, it works!
