I haven't drew anything but comics characters in a long time and I haven't scanned them so I'm showing you a drawing I drew four years ago.

Ooh, talented people.

I like the lino and the star thing particularly, quiet. The lino cut looks very rock 'n' roll to me :).

Elon: that's scary! Is it some kind of diabolical bird?

Quiet_girl: The star looks great.
Elon: That think looks like some tiki totem or sumpin. Nicely drawn! :o

Woo, lots of nice art around here... :)
I like hand-drawings. Computer art is fine and all but hand drawings is what originally attracted me most.

Nice style, Kasperg. What tools did you use?
I like your drawings too, quiet_girl86. Quite realistic, like I try to.
You like abstract, Elon? What's it supposed to be?

I figered I could throw in some of my work as well, mostly mechanic or human themed. Some old work, some recent, just for fun: (yes, they're links...)

Don't like those as much as your architecture stuff, Captain, I must say.

Usually I sketch a lot and put less time in my drawings than in my released maps, so that might be a reason... ;)

I meant the architectural drawings, actually.

Which ones have you seen then? I haven't put up a lot of architecture drawings as far as I can remember...

I've been trying to learn how to draw (and failed miserably, mind you), and made these following tutorials / copying wc2.
Sorry for the huge images, but hey, I like my posts big.

Edit: Oh, and they're taken with a digi-cam (a crappy one at that), which explains the horrible "gradient-like" lighting.
The second one I just selected parts of the paper and Shift-L(auto-levels)ed in photoshop.

Thanks guys. :)

I've actually modelled one of those for a city HL map, kindof planned a RTS-styled machinima but never done anything with it after a while. If anyone's interested, I could fix up some screenshots but it's nothing too fancy.

I'll model them sooner or later, high-poly perhaps, but that's not going to be anywhere soon. School...

Nice tech drawings, Captain P !
@ZombieLoffe: if you posted smaller images they would look better...

The tools I used were mainly charcoal, white chalk and some pastel. Last year I found a nice method to get better contrast: I usually darken the paper with charcoal, and obtain the white with an eraser (instead of using the white of the paper). I have some nice water paintings, but we handed them in at the end of the year and the teachers have to give them back.

Thank you all for the compelents! That last picture I did is supposed to be a woman and a man...but...the man didn't look very manly, so i added facial hair (People still confuse him with a woman though :P).

All of the pictures done on artPad were awesome! I loved them all! They were so fun to watch that it compelled me to try it out myself....take a look?
