I aim to improve my Half-Life 1 mapping skills, and I am currently learning how to model for Half-Life 1 using 3D Studio Max. I am also in the process of learning C++, in the hopes that one day I will be able to create a mod for Half-Life 1. I prefer the Half-Life 1 engine over source because I grew up with it, and it is just so much simpler than source.
