Currently making a bunch of icons (current total 65) for Goldsrc mods which can be read about in more detail here as well as downloaded here. They are mainly influenced by the design and feel of the Half-Life Icon Pack by XR and are all made with the intent to enhance the feel that all mods are inherently Half-Life and thus share a similar aesthetic.
