Fixed render issues, Cleaned up some textures
Military has taken over the surface of black mesa south.
Luckily they havent found the underground yet.

They've captured the vorts and killed the other scientists.
Rescue whoever you can before it's too late.
And like every other map i submit.
It's not finished.
BUT At least it works.

When the music stops, the game's over, but i suppose you can still kill everything...
You'll know what i'm talking about when the time comes.
feel free to use castle.wad in any of your projects. Just give credit where it's due.

WEll, until now there's no other compo submitted(or is it ?), so this is the best until now. I like the arhitecture. You were creative.
You suck for the contents in the FIRST zip though :P

Read the fuckin readme, DragosLt, just fake the puzzle.wad.

I liked it. Couple of minor issues here and there, such as a button with Don't move flag unchecked, couple of dissapearing faces (in the cave area).
No big deal.

Reupload with puzzle.wad in your zip. I'm telling you this for the judges, not for myself.

Anyway, it's a very cool map! Nice work, especially on the cavern!
Twas a bit confusing at first, but really fun. And I accidentally crowbared barney when he got too close to a grunt :P

I got another few hours so i'm going to iron out a few bugs anbd re-submit, and get rid of those nasty wad issues.
upon editing, I messed up more stuff than I fixed. The map stands as is. I may or may-not update it with some more scripting and eye candy. I also wanted to add in a really cool end- helicopter scene... But no time:(
if you take a look in the "castle" wad you can see all those chopper textures I had.

I liked it, it was fun and good loking.
However, it has a few issues. Some weird face/texture errors. Mudkipz all over the place? No trigger_endsection. Ugly shadows at some places. Evil clip brushes. That power line was awfully short (30 meters or something).

Yea kinda hard to find out what to do but pretty fun. Some parts were weird and un needed like when the scientist opened the locker but I guess it showed you what you needed to do. I also got stuck at the electric field part because I tried to blow up the rubble but it didn't work at first. A wire could be added going through the rubble from the electric plant as a clue. I also didn't see the floor plan at first but its multi layered. Cool entrance, good luck!

I had to use noclip to pass through the white curtain on upstairs. I couldn't break it, I couldn't open it. What should I do there?

Love the outdoor areas. Also liked the idea of having to free vortigaunts. Had to noclip through the white curtain and I was pretty severely low on health at that point.

no. sort the map so it loads properly.

I as well can't open puzzle.wad.

i also wasted 15 minutes to figure out what i thought was your bsp was an internet shortcut to the actual download.. =/

your mapvault submissions should be error-free and as simple as possible to install. put it in problem maps if you can't get it sorted.

I would recommend wadincluding your wads using compilator, that way you'll never have a problem with missing wads.
