A small but easy-to-recognise texture used by mappers to help identify trigger brush entities in their editing. If it is used on a regular brush, it causes problems like game crashes sometimes; so it must be on an entity like a trigger that is invisible in game.
Since Zoners Half Life Tools became the popular compiling tools, there has been an addition to the familiar AAATRIGGER texture, Still pink, but this time a face, a little like the clip brush. It depends if you are using ZHLT.wad during your map making. If you are using Zoners, then your compile process will be more stable.
Just remember to use the AAATRIGGER brush to identify your invisible iriggers, like trigger_teleport, trigger_once and trigger_multiple.
If you use it on a func_button then the texture will be rendered, and as said above, might cause problems.
