Yeah I try not to use that many. Too many unwanted conflicts. WMK alone tends to be a pain the ass.
WMK, Tribal DK (only a mod cause the author made a helmet to go with his reskin), and that Project Beauty thing are the only real mods I have. Though, I'm already kind of thinking about dumping project beauty anyway, it added a shit ton of hair and I think it's lagging my game up. D=

you don't HAVE to pay for it. but there are mods that raise the cap. one goes to 100.
Habboi! Do you have WMK? I love that mod. My plasma rifle has auto-fire, a scope, and a 24 capped clip! My gauss rifle has TWO bullets and a laser sight! =D
Also, one author makes power armor textures. He makes them the way they SHOULD'VE looked. Like the Steel DX makes the normal T45-B armor look like it does in the opening movie. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5830 on that file he has links to all the other power armor textures. And textures don't require any real mods.

Safety isn't my concern, I never have it open unless I'm downloading anyways, and I like to do other things while downloading, I don't need 50 other uploads in the background. Plus most the stuff I delete when I'm done anyway.

Best huh? Funny seeing as repaired it deals only 12 damage, the effect usually doesn't last long, and there is a bug where only the first shot fired does any real damage.
I personally obtained the Firelance today, while checking out WKML Broadcast Station. Turns out WKML is an assured random event trigger, woo. Also found out I have obtained more than 200 Alien Blaster Ammo without any sort of cheating. pats self

Fallout 3 is set in 2277, the reason for the 50's style themes and lack of advancement in most fields is because in the 1950's, after coming more on to nuclear power, we (in Fallout) continued to research it whereas, we (in RL) didn't. The reason Fallout is 50's themed is the same reason it's set in an irradiated wasteland.
hotdog, you mentioned an highly radioactive pit with Very Hard terms and locks? Where, I have both skills at 100, i want to check it!

Normal rounds are pretty easy to get for anything if you have and completed "The Pitt" because there is the whatever you call it, ammo press?
@ATD: Did not know that, and I can't really say one is harder to repair than the other. Shocksword takes any chinese sword, which aren't that common, but shiskebab, you need another shiskebab. Maybe I should look into the super sledge.
What gets me is that in Broken Steel, they pretty much made Hellfire armor, considerably superior to any other power armor, and piss easy to get. I think they should make standard T51-B leet god-mode stuff, and make it considerably more well-fortified.

i prefer normal explosives. body stays, there legs come off.
Jingwei's Shocksword is my favorite weapon, good damage, melee, and on crits in turns badies into dust. which is always, cause i always get sneak attack crits with it. unless of course the sneak attack crit doesn't do enough damage to kill... D=

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vengeance If you have the Silent Running perk along with Chinese Stealth Armor, nothing detects you as long as you don't shoot a loud gun, or YOU run into them. If you're standing still, and they run into, they won't even notice. =D
No, you can consider yourself lucky if you ever manage to own the Firelance. Not hard to get, but it's product of a random event so...

I don't think death in acting is ever taking "seriously" enough. In real life, I'm sure most people would react very different, just to finding a dead body lying around.

as huntey said, gta4 had some kick-ass water. if that was seen more often... now if only more games could be like Tomb Raider, where when you got out of the water, you were wet... =O

I've used something similar, but I'd doubt the effect itself changes much from SENT to SENT so I'd have to agree it did suck. If it could be made more realistic... maybe.

'It's gonna be a long day' he thought. "It's going to be a long day," he thought.
Thoughts use the same punctuation as normal speech, and you typically don't use slang in writing, particularaly in thoughts. Only time I believe slang can be accepted is if it's heavy slang rather than slurred words, and it's used to define the character, not because that's the way the writer is.
Just some constructive criticism to help you along. Other than that, I agree that it flows pretty well and doesn't seem boring as far as I can tell from a small portion.

I did something worse with a mirror. Came around a corner real fast and seen someone pop out of no where. I yelped and ran back only to realize it was my reflection that startled me...
and i'll happily take the free code if you're not using it =D

then they would've said "at least 10" if you had to have 10 to win anything at all. if lots of people participated, if even 10 people participated, they'd have 300 maps to looks over.
Specs:
Windows Vista 32-bit
Pentium D 3.00 GHz Dual-Core
GeForce 8600GTS 512mb
4GB DDR2
Hammer 3: Not at all.
Any 8, 9, or 200 series nVidia works...

NASERVE YOU DUMB SON OF A BITCH WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DO THAT?
Anyway, watch out for men in suits, fedora, and sunglasses standing outside your house.

I'm perfectly content with my Gauss Rifle for all my ranged combat. If I have to use the Gauss, then I'm far enough it shouldn't matter anyway.
Recently reached level 24. It's insane. So glad I have that ghoul mask. So many reavers, and they're ungodly hard to kill.
Also for your unique weapon collection, try and get the MIRV. Fires up to 8 mini-nukes at a time. Pointlessly epic.

Anyone know if Behemoths can be "exploding pants'd"?

Also, mini-crits deal with the jarate crit, and actually REALLY suck most the times. They can actually even REDUCE damage.
Oh wait for it.
Awww!

Duh. I can't believe you guys are that ignorant.
