You need a way to get out of the water. Try putting in a tunnel with one opening under water, a ladder to climb up inside the tunnel, and the other opening on the tram platform. (One for each side would be helpful) Also, those half-round platforms next to the sniper towers, you get stuck in the hole. The music could also be better. Other than that, a good map.

Make the buttons shootable: then people won't be splattered trying to go up.

This map is so big it's confusing. I would suggest don't expand the tunnels for three reasons: 1) It's so reminiscent of Half-Life 2) You go much slower when you're in a tunnel, and 3) Hostages can't go through tunnels. You should also add some more cover like in the open spaces around the house. Pleeeeez! Don't add open areas!

This map is awesome! Great gameplay, great textures. The flame sprites (I assume they're sprites) when you blow up the target stay around during subsequent rounds, and that's annoying. (Maybe that's my renderer being stupid.) Try making the boat a vehicle, so you can take it to more places than just the main island and the lighthouse island.

A very good killbox map, except that it's a little too big. As it is, you would need a huge number of players to have good action.

Did you want this to be a deathmatch?
If so, you need to have at least one info_player_deathmatch.

If you can't find the leak any other way, load the pointfile with Hammer and rerun it. You might need to noclip to follow the string of points. Hammer's help files contain all the details. N.B. You'll find the pointfile in the same folder where the bsp file went.
If there's no geometry error, you might have an entity in the world void.

You should give more options to torture the scientists.
