make sure that you have the password disabled for standby and screensaver. if its on every time the screensaver comes on or it goes into standby it will go to the login screen and ask for your password (assuming you have one).
well of course the FX55 was in an Alienware and Alienware = crappy prebuilt.

umm well they proved it in multiple tests. remember clock speed doesnt always mean its faster.

The G5 IS NOT liquid cooled, noob. It's cooled by the good ol' heatsink+fan.damn do you all have to be so ****ing ignorant.

see? liquid cooled. and even a single 1.8GHz G5 is still faster than the best AMD 64 FX55. and by the way im not an "arrogant Mac user" i dont even own my own Mac. im using a Dell. so im an "arrogant Dell user"
macs dont suck. the new 2.5GHz G5 brings even the fastest Intel or AMD to shame. and using 2 of them together makes it even more powerful. and dual 1.25 GHz FSBs. not to metion that you can get up to 8 gigs of ram. and that it has built in liquid cooling for each cpu, four cooling zones and 9 fans. wont see that in any other prebuilt. also that OSX is one of the most powerful, stable and user-friendly operating systems out there. the only thing that sucks is that they dont make more games for macs.

-distance and obstructions: the further the pc is from the router, the more prone the signal is to interference. objects between the router and the pc will weaken the signal. the fewer walls, floors, furniture, etc between the better the signal will be.

if it is real, it has a similar profile to the B-2 stealth bomber. as for the "glow" underneath? landing lights. basically powerful headlights that allow the pilot to see the runway. if they are rear mounted then they will illuminate the bottom of the plane. not to mention that just so happens to be on the approach path to Reagan Intl Airport. its a plane - if its even real.

get a laptop with a cheap graphics card. even something like the 32MB Mobility Radeon 9000 (what ive got) will work better than having intergrated graphics. it wont cost much more and you can OC the 9000's easily without without producing too much extra heat.
also dont get the celeron. the pentium M's and P4's as well as the AMD's perform much better.

too bad intel isnt that smart. they could have a 3.8 GHz P4 using the Dothan core and that thing would be fast as hell. i guess intel thinks longer piplines are better.
