I agree with rimrook completely.
At the moment the PS3 is struggling to keep up. Not so many good games, overpriced, and problem with the reverse compatibility. But give it a year or so, and everything should be running smoothly.
360 beat everyone to the punch. They were release much earlier than all 3 systems. Thus giving it much more time to produce high-end games. It later on introduced reverse compatibility (at least that's what I was told).
The Wii. Alright, people are bragging about this one. Problem is, some people are REALLY stupid, and I don't even mean born with a defect. They don't wear the wristband thing, and are too violent with it, and end up breaking something, or hurting someone. But one problem is, Nintendo is known as much for the games lots of people crave nowadays. I seriously couldn't bring myself to get a Wii. I would rather play crappy-ass Half-Life mod then Super Mario "Wii Edition".
The 360 IS on top of it all, but the PS3 may have a promising future.

We need an option for server admins to enable and disable this feature at will. So people who would like dynamic weapons pricing can have it, but those who don't can use original pricing.
you can't SEE the buyzone. its invisible, non-exsistent. its only an empty area in which you can bring up and use the buy menu

As far as being multi-player, I think if it's going to be extremely dark, it should be darkER (yes I'm crazy [not the whole map tho]), that way, giving the players a reason to use the flashlight, at least sometimes.

It'd be neat if you try to plant the bomb and it fails giving you a reason that the filtration isn't disabled yet. If not just block the room off until the valves or w/e is turned. Yeah and as they said, multiple valves, that way, it won't be "You two go perma block it, we'll just all stand here with our awps and mg's and blast em away".

Sounds awesome, I think you should at least make an example type map just to test it out. Real small, maybe 4 players so you can see how it all fits together.

Alright I figured out that there was a copy (outside of gfc) of the model in the models folder, I took it out and it works again, I don't know why I didn't work anymore, but I'm guessing models and such where changed in an update so that model wasn't changed and was out of date.

Alright I've been experiencing a little bit of a technical difficulty. I'm not sure if its a video problem (which I highly doubt) or a steam problem (I missed most steam updates so they may have been jacked up in an update and I didn't know).
Alright, on Christmas Eve I installed 1gig of ram an an ATI X700 and finally started playing HL2 without having to cheat to stay alive (yeah it lagged that bad, [which actually wasn't lag just low fps so no one flames me about that]). And now I've had a problem that some models don't appear. And when I say some models I mean vortigaunts. I've verified the game cache TWICE and they still haven't appeared. They appear in Garry's Mod 9, and Lost Cost and Episode one don't use them (except for purple which do show up). They're just plain invisible, they talk, I can bump into them, even going into black mesa east the one's knife and hat was their!!
Any suggestions??

1. Sometimes in the first round (if your testing straight from the editor) it makes it buyable. Also try placing a buy zone where NO ONE can get it (and try setting that buyzone so that both players can purchase from it, that way with the map paremiters [sp] set, they should not be able to buy).
2. Try removing the wad from your hammer config, save your map, compile, ect. and don't put it back in unless you need it.
3. Try using a trigger hurt, thats more effiecient, or just make it so they CAN'T leave your map...
