I don't believe IEMC is a member either.

I'm wagering it's down since Nightwatch's site gives me the same error, and ModDB as well, and they're all hosted by Oktagone, which has an er...interesting... server downtime record.

Get XSI ModTool 4.1.2 (I think that's the latest) and get the ValveSource addon - That comes with the SDK I believe.

You can model in Hammer 4 then import into XSI then out to a SMD for StudioMdl but you are limited to a small grid size - I make my models as reference in Hammer 4 for size concerns (XSI's grid is inadequate) and then I replace the brushes with the correct sized ones for the prop.

Do a filter for nature/cloud, its like cloud001. I used it in Petrol.

It's the non-model one and the non shadertest one.

The portal thing is actually a model, though.

Let it build the nodes and then include the file with your map's name in teh graphs folder - It should only have to rebuild after each compile.

Yeah, I recognized the trains - They're either Class 30/31 A1A-A1As or TEP-60s. The former is British Railways, the latter is Soviet Railways.

This should act shiny, dunno about perfect reflections, if you define an EnvMap.

Oh, and I think it was Mulleh, or someone, who had perfected a method of skyboxing that didn't have any negative effects on R's but I can't remember how it was done.

It's somewhere in Europe, not necessiarly Russia - It's been speculated it's somewhere in the Balkans, or something of that sort, can't recall atm.

Copy the messed up vmf to the desktop, then rename the file yourmap.vmx to yourmap.vmf and open that instead.

GMessenger, I doubt it. I think there was speculation but not enough interest - With MSN, AIM and YIM, to an extent, dominating the AIM market, it's hard to gather new users, and to get old ones to convert. If GMessenger could contact AIM, MSN and YIM users, then it might be popular.

You can use a Gmail account with MSN though D:

And, some technically are. They aimed for perfect maximization - Using more clip brushes instead of VPhys props, lots of triggers to do things one could do otherwise, etc.

Tell us it happens in HL2SP then, and not your maps - "it's not mapping either" doesn't make much sense to me and most others, I'd say.

This sometimes happens when you've set Source to run at a high DXLevel and your card can't support it (ie running -dxlevel 9 when you've an 8.1 card) so check that, and check your detail options. I think models may fade closer on a medium level than a high level, for example.

They aren't prefabs, but models instead.

Use a prop_physics_multiplayer entity and browse to the model you wish to use (CS:S props are in the props/ dir) and select it.

CS:S prop images are here if you need them. .
