I'd like you to make more of those mod letsplay videos (but with more funny dialog; you were too silent in the MCPOKER one)

Anyway I can't access youtube right now so even if you did listen to me, I won't be able to watch it

I find (b|v)logs where they just have stupid shit (or people talking about nothing particularly interesting) quite boring. When I write (no videos for me), I want it to be about something at least a little meaningful. I write on invert-x as a sort-of-blog, not to tell people about my boring life, but to express and explain a point of view on a particular topic. Some people might not agree with your point, but that's how you spark conversation and community involvement (not that ix has been successful at that so far :P).

Now I haven't seen any of your stuff besides the MOTM reviews so I don't know if your stuff applies or not MOTMs are good because they have a clear purpose in mind and are nice and informative.

But yeah, most of the time "goofing around in games" is only mildly (if at all) amusing to almost every person aside from the people who were playing the game at the time. Anyway, I like games but I prefer to watch the likes of Extra Credits than random British people playing Counter-Strike

To me vlogs only work when you're covering some sort of topic you're an expert on. Being passionate about the subject or having a cool personality helps too (see: day9)
I'd imagine regular web dev or modding/mapping vlogs would work out great for you. Random ramblings about everyday life are about as dull as it gets for me.

@2much: I will definitely be doing more of those but I will probably abridge them so that the entertaining stuff outweighs me wandering around in silence.

@Pb: Thanks, I can totally see where you're coming from. Another thing I hear people say is "Make something you would watch yourself." Of course, that's where I fall into that pit you mentioned regarding goofing around in games. I will keep doing those because even if other people don't always enjoy them, I still get some amusement when I look back through them.
