I said I had the same problem as him, I never said the problem was 1 unit sided blocks. When I had the problem a lot of 1 sided blocks had too much shrinking on them by accident. Around 0.06 and 0.02. So the point that I'm getting at is that is where he should look first.

Do a remake of the basement from House on Haunted Hill! Best horror movie ever, next to The Ring of course. Oh man, if you made the basement of haunted Hill, I'd download it. That place is friggin creepy man. And if you DO make it heres some ideas for it:
-random sounds of terror (example thehorror3.wav) or you could use some of your own
-spooky models that fade the closer you get to them. Have them move around a bit (probably really easy if you reskin things like the zombie or islave, use something that looks pathetic, like its dead, not something full of energy like an agrunt)
-A slight echo thoughout the whole map.

Well for one thing, I can't drag my mouse over the whole map because I have over 150 textures that are around 0.60 and 1.10 etc and I don't want to have to go back and fix them all, that will be my last resort.

I got 0.02 by acciednt. I was setting a texture to "fit" and I guess I got the whole block instead of just the side.

After an EXTREME observation I found 4 1 unit thick faces on the side of a breakable vent. Now I just checked very thoughroly through the rest of the map in Worldcraft and since at least 4 textures were left shrunken (0.02 this time) but the compiled .bsp still said 26928/0, so I must ask this:
How many textures will it take to create that problem? Because if it only takes one I would really like to know so i can look around some more or put it in the problems map vault where I hope someone can help me.

Well its not a leak, I know its not. And I'm almost done fixing all the faces. Lets see.... 26928/0..... this problem sometimes is caused by bad shrinking/stretching........ I have over 400 faces shrunken to 0.06..... Who else thinks that is the problem?

Didn't mean to have so many set that. I didn't even know they were like that until I checked for them. Now I'm going through, face by face, changing them all to 1.06. Hopefully that wil fix the problem. By the way, its actually probably around 400, give or take a few faces, that are shrunken too much. KarrrrrrrrAzey! But don't be hatin' because like I said before, I didn't even know they were shrunken.

What is bad surface extent? I just waited for 4 hours for de_full_city to compile before I closed vis and just let rad run. When the map finally finishes Counter Strike closes and a messages came up that said ERROR: Bad surface extent. What is this?!
