So fuck her. I hope her child suffers serious side effect from the medication that she doesn't need. Blame the mother, not the doctor with the good intention.

A mixture.

VOX, that wasn't entirely coherent...
Many western countries that have ID cards do not have a shared register. Mostly ID cards have been limited in use, with strong legal privacy protections.

In Germany centralisation is forbidden for historical reasons, and when cards are replaced, the records are not linked.

Belgium has made use of modern encryption methods and local storage to protect privacy and prevent data-sharing, an approach opposite to the Home Office's.

The UK scheme is closest to those of some Middle Eastern countries and of the People's Republic of China?though the latter has largely given up on biometrics.

and so it the point of terrorism. it's only power is to make the masses cower in stupid fear and pretty much make their goverments do stuff like this to make them feel safe, then complain and get all pissy about it when they think up a solution.

I agree, solutions like that arn't good solutions. solutions like invadeing afganistan arn't good.

ignoring terrorism is a better solution.
You excellent man, you.

Hey, wait a minute, you're not LeFTy. You're his clean-shaven brother. Anyway, your "homosexuality not being natural by statistics" thing doesn't take account of the fact that as long as the majority (or at least, a certain critical proportion) of the population is still reproducing, then if, say, 1/20th (no idea what the average is) of children born are homosexual, well, then... yeah.

An interesting point of view, but not one I agree with. I think a common problem is people failing to accept that their minds aren't kings of their bodies. If you were a castrati (ow!), then you wouldn't 'think' about women particularly. Presumably the gay castrati didn't think about other men either.

Maybe the gene or genes which lead to homosexuality are particularly likely to mutate.

Satchy, you experienced at all in the field of genetics?

Heh, heh, just imagine if the level of homosexuality rose above that critical proportion and the human race just peacefully faded away. That'd make a change from all the nuclear holocaust and horrific disease stories.

No, speed is not velocity. Speed is the magnitude of velocity. Velocity is a vector, and speed is therefore a scalar.

Are you sure you dont mean the top of a rotating circle is not going as fast as the middle of it? Because by definition your statement is incorrect, a perfect circle spinning (not moving) will have a constant speed across its edge (on the outside of it).
No, I didn't, and, no offence, but somebody who I believe is considerably more knowledgable about such things (a serious genius of a maths teacher) said this.

He saw that the light from the galaxies was redshifting.
Redshifting is a fenomeno in the "Doppler effect", wich occurs when light travells away from the spectator in a very high speed, wich makes the frequency lower and the apparent wavelength longer, wich gives the light a red color.
It's not just down to movement, apparently, but is also because the density of the space in-between is changing ;).
