Well I know sprint but I didnt think that It would work on buggy because you know its hev suit's ability to do sprint so I guess that ....who cares I solved the problem anyway 
How about deleting the textures which emits light ?

Web site must refresh it self for every 1min like you shout in the box that must lag us 1 person shouts and then to the world so everyones page must be refresh in every minute and when you enter a site that says page cannot be found that means somebody downloaded or do something(? guess
