Assuming you're more into electronic stuff

Ok don't get it wrong, I just like good music. But I have preferences... yes I'm more into electronic stuff and rock. But when it comes to rock I already said this : I don't like the hard rock, and by this I mean all the agressive forms of rock : metal, heavy metal, black metal ... etc... that's to say, I hate bands like Black Sabbath or Iron Maiden( ok I still like the Iron man song =)) )
Daubster, thank you for reminding me about Infected Mushrooms. I have to redownload from somewhere an old album I had, it had a track "psycho" and other extremely odd tracks.

Now I'm randomly watching videos( I mean listening ..) with the bands you provided me in the thread, and also downloading the latest albums ( if I can :\)

I stopped on this track from chemical brothers : Link. Seems ok to me.
Can you recommend me the best ( by your opinion of course, not by statistics :D) album from these bands :

The Prodigy, Fatboy Slim, Chemical Brothers, YellowCard, Pendulum, Thousand Foot Krutch, The Offspring, Nine Inch Nails ?

Wow, millions of thanks, especially ZombieLoffe, World Crafter and Masta Killa and ... oh well MuzzleFlash doesn't need any. He introduced me to the electronic music anyway :P.
Of course, thanks to those that made up lists with rock bands, although some of you misunderstood what I like and just posted their favorite bands ( Darkie: that's a copy paste from your profile ...)

Now I know what I'm looking for. And I'm finally going to have some... alternatives :D. This will keep me busy until next week

[EDIT] About Pendulum, I already have "Hold your Colours" album

[EDIT2] EBM : I'm not going to download EMB tracks, I don't really like Electronic Body Music ( that's what it stand for doesn't it ?), but I'm going to download VNV Nation - Illusion. It's somewhat strange that this melody's feelings are deep. It makes me feel very bad about the modern world, kinda' depressing, almost crying, it's beautiful.

So I just need some good suggestions about trance,techno,rock tracks... Because I have FUCKING BACK BUTTON that I accidentally FUCKING PRESSED on my mouse, I managed to delete one big page of track links to show you what I like. FUCK FUCK FUCK.

Rock : I like rock... but it can't go beyond metal( ok maybe I like "light" metal, like Tenacious D ? Some favorite tracks of mine are The Offspring- Pretty Fly- For a white guy, the Serj Tankian Album( elect the dead), thousand foot krutch : phenomenon, blur-song2 ( ok so you can notice that I like rock that gives you a " wohooo" feeling).
Trance, maybe my favourite type of music right now.

Tracks like : Alter Ego - Rocker ( ok not trance but something like it, and maybe the weirdest melody you've ever heard)

there's no reason Source can't look as good as the more modern engines (Crytek being a pretty bloaty exception).

Well, I once had a map with 2048x2048 textures, it was a big map, and the fps was surely affected. But it's not the texture resolution the idea here.
Just look what I'm talking about :

I played dear Esther a long time ago and I can't remember much, but I know it was a damn good mod. I don't know how it can be scarry, it made me feel bad ... like crying. But not scarry.

Anyway, DUDE THAT'S FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE. The first screenshot : wtf ?! in source ? that grass ? omg !

I just realised that trying to speak reversely in English is almost impossible for me, while I can do it perfectly in Romanian. There are few words that I can pronounce in English, and that is only after I did it in audacity to hear how it would sound.

My mapping inspiration is coming again ( there are 3 weeks left till' school begins). I now sometimes sit and stare at the level design in ep2 for inspiration. Source engine has a lot of things to offer. The discovery of a youtube player entity in gmod assures my pleasure of playing gmod for another week. The helicopter recently installed does that too.

I also play lots of starcraft lately.

Playbus is one of the guys that left in a more peaceful way. And he will never come back.

You can see that most of the good guys are over 25 (or at least in that range), and most of the admins are under 25. It's normal that the admins have different ideas, they're more ... rebel if I can say so. While the over 25 guys are more mature.... they take the subjects more seriously. And they obviously had enough of 15-year-old crap posting.

WHY SO SERIOUSSS ?!
Seriously .... I'm immature myself, but this community is immature for lots of reasons. The only thing I see mature here is the website theme

I already completed episode 1, I'm in white forest in episode 2....

I know episode 2 is more special than the last episode for the source2007( I guess), so I would just like to ask what's new in source2007 and what entites\funcs are new in hammer while mapping for ep2 ?

And how readable is sign doesn't really matter. Maybe if you like starring at signs in a game yes but I doubt that. And anyway, most of the halflife.wad signs are poor quality anyway.
Oh, and I think jeffmod knows how to shrink an image from 512x512 to 256x256 or smaller :P.

The most deadliest monster in a multiplayer map would be baby headcrabs. They're too small to be rapidly killed and in masses they're lethal. And anyway you could make them come in an infinite loop.
