O.K. I've sorted most of my problems with the prop_ entities (i.e. they wearnt appearing for one reason or another).

But now i've seen the mattresses in the HL2 campane that bend, how do i do this.

When i place a prop_static properties:

YZX (0 0 0)
Minnimum dx level (default (lowest))
Maximim dx level (default (highest))
World Model (models/props_c17/FurnitureShelf001b.mdl)
Skin (1)
Collisions (Use VPhysics)
Disable Shadows (No)
Screen Space Fade (No)
Start Fade Distance (-1)
End Fade Distance (0)
Fade Scale (1)
Lighting Origin (N/A)

I get the error message on compile
Error! prop_static using model "models/props_c17/FurnitureShelf001b.mdl", which must be used on a dynamic entity (i.e. prop_physics). Deleted.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

I'm probably doing something realy stupid I know :lol:... But...

To install a prefab int hammer... Well it depends on what the auther has created.
If they have created a prefab file "i.e an .ol file" then you put it into the prefabs folder in your worldcraft or hammer directory.
If it is a .map or .rmf then you need to open them in hammer (they are map files) and highlight the prefab then create a prefab file from these.....

Easy no??

hmmmmm.... didn't work. the multi_managers properties are as follows:
bmb1 0
bmb2 6
bmb3 6
bmb4 6
bmb1 6

bmb1 is the divice, a func_wall_toggle
bmb2 and 3 are func_destroyable
bmb4 is an env_explosion

Any more ideas.....

Sorry, sketchy info...
I have a flashy wall thing as a marker to show the player where to put da bomb, when you use it the bomb appears, a few seconds pass, complete with beepy sounds, and it blows up (all with the help a a multi_manager), but the bomb is still there.
In the multi manager i have the last entry as the bomb..... Not sure if thats the right way to go about it......

Im trying to create a bomb in my sven coop map using a func_wall_toggle and multi managers, everything looks fine but when I try the map out the bomb itself stays there, what an I doing wrong????

I require a programme like WinBSPC, you know to make .bsp files into .map files, all the links I've tried don't seem to work, can anyone help me? Note: Wally links are also not working...

In Half-Life entities always retain the light condition that they started with, so even with lights switched off they glow.
