ok, i have about 3 levels and i wat to push a button that will take the life directly to that level, how hard is this to do cos i would really like it

the idea is is that you turn round and catch a glipse of something and are not sure what it is...in fact the best way to dio it would be to have the thing infront of you and at a distance.

ok heres what i want to do.

i want to be running around a corridoor then trigger something that will make an enemy run up behind me, i want the stalking enemy tho to move into the shaddows and then disapear to make the player check out the dark area. Can you do this ?

i really hate fc, i think its absolutly rubbish. ive been playing it for some time now and its only the graphics keeping me tuned in. the ai is by far the worst ive seen for a game of its calibur. I really hope halo 2 and hl2 make up fpor this disapointment

ok ill explain this the best i can.

i want to create a test tube, the bottom and top are made of metal and the middle will be the see through glass. now i understand i cant time 2 entities together as i want the test tube to move as well. ive asigmed the whole thing to a func train, then i tried to make the glass transparent using func wall but as i expected only the names metal bottom and top moved when i pressed the button that trigered it. How do i get this to work

if that was too hard to understand ill hope the ascii below helps

what does that mean exactly.

all i know is that i have added like a pipe whch looks like a [, i useed 8 faces cylinder and clipped one end to get the shape. if i delete this thing the map runs, if i keep it in i get this error.

ok i have many doors and some do not operate the way i want them to. is there a way to make a moving object operate within vhe. starting hl to test my m,ap everytime is taking too much time and yes i have turned vis off.
