Lol, well, I'll try giging you a few hints! 
1.
Use other colors! Those colors looks like
Choose your main color, and get some other colors that fits, just for your site!
2.
The forum link, first, when you click on forum, you get a new page saying: access the forum here: (address)
Don't do that, just make a link that takes you to the forum in a new window!

Else, I like the menu, cuz it stays even if you click a link, and it does not have frames!

What colors? If you are making reference to the blue in the menu, couldn't change it

But if you link it from the actual page instead of the menu you can reach the page you want to link. I agree, its annoying.

Hmm.. Overall, it looks very shoddy. Here're some tips.
1. Change the background! That background image is horrible - you can keep it, but if you do, enclose the entire page in a single-color-background <div> (or span, whatever) with borders. It'll look alot better.
2. You can change the colours of the menu buttons (Anchors). Add this to your page:

a { text-decorations: none; color [whatever colour you wish (rgb and hex works fine)];
a: hover { color: [The colour that appears when you're hovering the hyperlink];
a: visited { color: [The colour displayed when you've visited the page];

This will add a CSS-style to all your anchors ( <a> ).
3. Divisions and borders. Divide your page into several section (using the very good <div> tag), like so (or however you wish):

Hmm.. I remember using http://www.50megs.com/ when I was a young webdesigner.. can't remember how it is, but it worked. You get leet urls, like zombieloffe.5u.com (doesn't work, don't bother trying).

Whats wrong with freewebs? I can understand why you wouldn't like its incredibly slow downloading speed but what else? because Most of my files are remote links.

Web design is very easy. Is there really any point in using templates, generators, etc.? You don't get any sense of achievement. Learn XHTML from the masterful w3schools. You could do it in a day.
