Yeah, that's the one. The combine patrol car shooting rockets at you. You had to get off the airboat eventually and blow up a container with the explosive barrels to get through.

First looks like the Lambda complex, at least one of those signs.
Yeah, the Xen maps were a bit rough and the least popular but that's probably because they're all of a sudden alien while the rest of the game felt so realistic.

I think its the hallway where all those grunts teleport, and when you killed them, the scientist in the shack will open the door for you that leads to the elevator that leads to the main Lambda Reactor Complex, with those hallways to Coolant Pumps 1 and 2.
