EDIT: My god man, your efficiency is 2! Maybie if you joined an alliance they could teach you how to play.So what? Efficiency means nothing other than how well a nation is doing, and is calculated by Strength divided by days played.
Anyway, I'm almost at a high enough tech level to where I can finally buy a tank or two.

My efficiency is 10.16, my people's happiness is 8.20, I have a 4 stars enviorment, I got 750 yens when collecting taxes and all in one day! Is that good or not?

I got a plague.
but my pop happiness is still at 13 or so right now thanks to everything else I did.
my enviroment however is not doing so good, 2 stars. likely because of the negative effects of Uranium, Oil, and Coal on it.
It doesn't matter to me though because I STILL have 13+ pop happiness and am raking in over 4K every tax collection

Thanks DarkKilauea! That helped me alot! My efficency is 11.30 and I have 2.40 infructure and 2.240 miles of land. My people are really happy!(9.20) And my enviorment is really clean. (4 and a half stars)

22.60 is happy. That was before the war, at the first blow it dropped to -5(nutters). Now its back to 16.40.

Im doing well myself, next tax collection shows 5k income and i have my infrastructure over 30, 12.106 miles of land and 4 star environment. My efficiency is at 14.32. So i dont think im doing to badly at all.

Yes, i too find it frightening about the NPO have most of the top ten under their belt.
In my opinion, we shouldnt found the actual alliance until we are not so small and weak. Maybe wait for a week or 2 more?
