Is there a good tutorial or some other form of instruction on how to add new heads to scis and how to take the heads off other models and put them on the sci? I tried Vassy's "Editing Half-Life Models" tut but that didn't help much. Do I have to code in the new heads?

No coding is needed. the only thing that you have to do is to assign all head vertices to the Bone: "Bip01 Head". You can do that using the Milkshape 3d or 3d Studio max. What head do you want to put on the scientist???

No specific head, actually. For now I wanted to put the g-man's (with a change in hair color), gordon's and otis's head on the scis. I've already decompiled the models, but only the player (gordon) has its own head model. The G-man has a full model and otis has a head and arms. I'm not really an advanced modeler, so I'm pretty much stuck.

Ah yes it's easy to do, you have MilkShape or 3DStudio???

No, forget about it. I do that for you. Do you want only Otis and Gman heads???.

Actually, I'd rather do it myself, just to see what I can come up with. And I have MilkShape 3D, but it's expired and I can't save.

Without a registered MilkShape you can't put the Gman and the Otis heads because you will need to delete the non-head vertices and export a new smd. I can do that for you just tell me what head more do you want and if its is high definition.

Well, will other programs let me do what you mentioned, like Gmax and XSI?

I'm pretty sure, that Gmax can do something like that.
Try PMing Pepper, or Rimrook - they're the advanced modellers here.
