I want a trigger_hurt to move with a func_water that rises. Its a map sort of like: you are trapped and the lava from the floor starts to rise and you try to go to the exit/top of the room before lava catches/burn you. (lava keeps rising-but I also want a trigger_hurt with the burn effect to keep up with it) How can I do that?

Erm...func_waters have a 'contents' property? You can have water, slime or lava.

Just choose lava. :nuts:
