im tryin to make a map for cs 1.6 but not sure how to set things up if anyone can help it is welcome to all extremes thank you

We have tutorials for simple stuff like this. Look here, here, or here for some possibly relevant information, or just browse the beginner tutorials section.

Click the "Beginner" link underneath it.
Click "In the Beginning"
READ.
Once finished, go back and read the next 5 "In the Beginning" tutorials too.
