So what TV programmes are you watching every week and what are you looking forward to seeing the most in the future. And what movie have you seen last and what are you hoping to see next.
For me i'm watching Top Gear every Sunday on BBC and i'm looking forward to the fourth series of Battlestar Galactica
The last movie I saw was Superbad and i'm considering going to see Beowulf although i've heard its not that good

I like Family Guy. I just caught one of the new episodes last night. Good stuff.

As for recent movies. Decided to watch an old-ass-hell 3D animation Film called Aero Trooper. Awesome concept and world, but the whole animation seemed to be made of Maya's default graphics and the animation was stiff.

I don't really watch TV, I just download stuff. House, Futurama, Simpsons, House. Just watched "One Day, One Room" (S03E12), kicked much ass. Reminded me of Mindwalk in a weird sort of way.

Movies, I'm not really looking forward to anything. Downloaded "Bender's Big Score" yesterday, apparently that's supposed to be good (meh), but I dunno, straight to DVD movies suck, as a general rule.

Don't watch TV.

Watched Evan Almighty on DVD this afternoon. Not waiting for anything in particular.

I don't really watch TV, although I've been known to download portions of Top Gear on YouTube and have watched the entirety of Futurama on my computer.

I just saw No Country for Old Men at the theatre, and before that, The Mist. No Country for Old Men was incredible. The Mist, not so much, but for a movie adaption it was decent.

I ruled out Stargate because I usually wait for the DVDs to come out. Both SG-1 and Atlantis are good, but the movie coming out should be epic as hell to finish off 10 seasons of SG-1.

I've been watching SG-1 since Atlantis started, and now watch Atlantis. Doctor Who I watch while it's on and playing new episodes (in America that is). Supernatural, just started watching that and rented the first two seasons on DVD and finished them in the last week and a half or so. Gonna start watching season three (which is currently running).

i stopped watching Stargate after the replicators returned for the twelfth time. it was a bit repetitive.

i admit, it does get repetitive sometimes. @.@
but then again, after 10 seasons, its surprising the show stayed as alive and well as it did.

On TV I only watch Heroes and.. Sunrise. Yeah, that's right.. the morning news.

But on DVD it's every season of Futurama, Chasers, Lost and Scrubs for the win. ;)

I watch;
  • Mythbusters
  • Simpsons (even though it seems like the tv network just shows random episodes, it's like I've seen them all already)
  • House
  • Two and a half men
And crime related shows on discovery
Posted 16 years ago2007-11-28 03:05:24 UTC Post #239314
Oh yeah, Mythbusters. I used to watch that, when we had extended cable. Now I have to torrent the episodes...

When its on TV I watch Lost and Prison Break but they seem to have stopped showing to those of us unable to get sky :furious:

LOST, Band of Brothers, Mythbusters are all good.

Other than that, Disc. History, and Adult Swim mostly. I don't watch tv regularly.

As for movies, some good ones I saw recently were American Psycho, Natural Born Killers, and Fight Club. I recommend them all.

Stopped watching most of the series I used to watch a while ago. Guess I feel like sleeping more than before. The only ones I try not to miss now are Mythbusters, Simpsons, Top Gear, CSI.
I'm going to download the newest Sopranos season once I get my interwebs too, cause they air it ridiculously late here, past 12pm on weekdays. :furious:

The only movie I'm curious of seeing is the Hitman one. Though since film nowadays has degraded to 1995 Mexican soap operas being mixed with Rambo I, where Lone Wolf McQuade cracks a car open with his hands tied behind his back to save an orphanage - I'm almost sure it'll end up being a spoof.

I am looking forward to downloading 1973's Slither and a few other oldskool movies, though. (once mah interwebs r dere)
