I actually wouldn't mind if somebody spent a decent amount of time and remade a whole chapter of Half-Life 2 for Half-Life 1. Maybe one of the chapters where you don't have the gravity gun yet. That might be fun. But most of the stuff in Half-Life 2, you just couldn't remake well enough for it to be worth it.

i wouldn't even mind so much, but he seems completely unable to tell us what, if anything, he's ACTUALLY done in the way of producing this mod.
If you're spending all your time on it, you'd have something to show for it.
