I'm not doing anything until I've conferred it all with the other mods anyway, this is a suggestion thread.

2. You just get permission to use the titles, you enable them and specify your own custom title. You can edit it whenever you want.
3. Because I'm lazy etc, custom titles that stretch more than two lines overlap the bottom of the forums page sometimes, so make sure your title is only one line, when displayed in the forums.
