Apparently, I am no longer deserving of one, even though I am in Pebguinoy's list of custom title people. Then again, I haven't submitted any tutorials, I don't know why I got "content contributor" in the first place.

Nope, you have custom titles too. Check your profile page, you need to check the "use custom title" box, or your title will not be used. The custom title text box doesn't appear at all if you don't have custom titles allowed.
